Most of our extensive
inventory is aimed at IMPAC Credit Card purchases who for
mission requirements can't wait on the supply system. Most
of what we sell is priced under $2500. Some items AMDEF for
much more than $2500 but we are able to sell them for under
$2500. Some IMPAC Credit Card holders are super card holders
and have a $25,000. For those IMPAC Credit Card holders most
of our Major Assembly's can be purchased with the IMPAC
Credit Card.
IMPAC Credit
Cards & Government Contracts.
While most of the military
parts and assemblies that we sell here at Tech Supply &
Services Inc. are geared towards the IMPAC Credit Card sales
we do honor government and state level contracts, and
approved purchase orders. However you do need to tell us in
advance of your purchase that a Gov't contract will be
involved as the terms of sale and price may change.
Q: Can I use the IMPAC Credit
Card for my purchases?
A: Yes you can use the IMPAC
Credit Card. As a matter of fact the majority of our
inventory is targeted at IMPAC Credit Card sales
Q: I need to purchase
a major assembly however the item's cost is over $2500. Can
you help me?
A:
You have three options.

Get a per purchase waiver
that enables you to run a single item purchase that goes
over your normal $2500 purchase cap. Contact your local
contracting office for more info on this purchase.

Some IMPAC Credit Card
holders are authorized up to $25,000 per transaction.
Your Contracting office generally maintains a list of
IMPAC Credit Card holders and can assist you in finding
one of these card holders.

Contact your contracting
office and us and let both us and the contracting office
know that you want to make a contract purchase. You
should also consult with your S-4 or other approving
authority, as compared to the average IMPAC Credit Card
purchase a contract involves a bit more paperwork and
the involvement of a few more people.
Q: Can other people use my
IMPAC Credit Card?
A: No. Other people can be
authorized to receive your IMPAC Credit Card purchases but
ONLY if you authorize them to do such and YOU tell us of
such an authorization. We will
not run ANY 3rd party IMPAC Credit Card transactions.
Q: I lost the receipt from an
IMPAC Credit Card sale from last year. Do you have a copy?
A: We sure do. Call us or drop
by and provide a mailing address or a fax number and we can
provide you with a single receipt or a transaction history
that covers all of your sales to date. We understand that
being an IMPAC Credit Card holder obligates you to maintain
a very good paper trail of all your purchases and we make
every effort to help you in this area. To that end an IMPAC
Credit Card transaction history is part of our departure
packet that you receive at the end of every JRTC Rotation.
We Do Not
Export except to US Gov't Agencies on station outside the
United States Borders. |
